Terms of Service

By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Yield Studio provides a platform for content publishers to manage subdomains, publish articles, utilize AI-powered moderation, manage team members, and track monetization analytics via third-party integrations.

Clients may invite sub-users (e.g., Media Buyers, Content Managers) to their account. The primary Client account holder is strictly responsible and liable for all actions performed by any sub-user associated with their account.

When creating subdomains, you agree not to use profanity, reserved keywords, or trademarked terms belonging to others. You are solely responsible for any custom code (such as GA, GTM, or other tracking scripts) you inject into the header of your subdomains. We may cache domain content to improve performance, which may result in temporary delays when updating content.

You retain ownership of the content you publish using the Service. By publishing content, you grant Yield Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, cache, and serve your content on your configured subdomains.

Articles may be subject to automated AI-powered moderation (via OpenAI). We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates applicable laws, promotes illegal activities, or is otherwise objectionable. Editing an approved article may subject it to re-moderation.

You may upload media (e.g., logos, favicons, article images) in accepted formats. Uploaded files may be automatically compressed and stored on third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare R2). We do not guarantee permanent retention of uploaded files.

The Service integrates with third-party advertising networks (e.g., MGID) for monetization. Analytics and revenue data displayed in the dashboard are proxied from these third-party APIs. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of this data or any potential earnings.

All monetization payouts are handled exclusively by the third-party advertising network (e.g., MGID). Yield Studio does not process, manage, or issue payouts. You must configure your payment methods directly within the respective third-party platform.

The Service utilizes various third-party services, including but not limited to MGID (monetization), Cloudflare R2 (storage), ElasticEmail (email delivery), and OpenAI (content moderation). Your use of these integrated features may be subject to the respective terms and conditions of these third-party providers.

We collect and store certain data, including your email, display name, IP addresses, activity logs, and encrypted third-party API credentials, to provide the Service. For support and debugging purposes, administrators may impersonate your account. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access the Service or circumvent rate limits.

• Inject malicious code or malware via custom head code functionality.

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ANALYTICS OR DATA PROVIDED WILL BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YIELD STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
