Last updated: June 30, 2026

Yield Studio ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

1

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our Service:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and encrypted password hash when you register.

• Platform Data: API credentials (stored securely via AES-256 encryption) if you link third-party accounts (e.g., MGID).

• Activity Data: IP addresses and timestamps are collected in our activity logs to maintain a secure audit trail of actions taken within your account.

• Analytics Data: Article pageviews and traffic data associated with your published content.

2

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.

• To authenticate your access and prevent unauthorized usage (e.g., via rate limiting).

• To send transactional emails, such as password resets and account notifications.

• To provide customer support. Administrators may impersonate your account to troubleshoot issues.

3

Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for the functionality of the dashboard. This includes:

• Session Cookies: To keep you logged in securely.

• UI Preference Cookies: To remember interface preferences, such as your sidebar state (sidebar_collapsed) and table row limits (grid_limit).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the administrative dashboard.

4

Data Retention

We retain your personal data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Platform activity logs and article pageview data are retained for a reasonable period (typically pruned after 90 days) to ensure platform integrity and performance.

5

Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with third-party services (such as Cloudflare R2 for storage, ElasticEmail for email delivery, OpenAI for content moderation, and MGID for monetization). Data necessary for these integrations is transmitted securely to these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

6

Security

We implement robust security measures, including HTTPS, AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials, CSRF protection, and bcrypt password hashing, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile details in the dashboard settings. For account deletion requests, please contact our support team.
